By regularly practicing Hatha Yoga with us, participants will find themselves feeling focused, calmer, taking more awareness driven actions in their everyday life. Hatha Yoga is focused on the union of your mental and physical energy, Ida and Pingala, thus one can feel balanced in all areas of their life.

Classical Hatha Yoga classes become a way to bring centeredness in the body, breath and mind so that you can experience the Universal Truth.

Schedule : Every Monday to Friday (20 Classes) / Monday, Wednesday & Friday (12 Classes)

Batch 1: 7:00am - 8:00am IST

Batch 2: 10:00am - 11:00am IST

Batch 3: 11:15am - 12:15pm IST
