timeless wisdom of nature, we guide you back to your true self—gently, deeply, and completely.

Coming Home to the Self
You are not broken. You are becoming. You are not separate. You are Source.
Vrikshanam is not just a wellness center.
It is a remembrance.
We are here to hold space for:
● Witnessing reality without resistance
● Accepting yourself, just as you are
● Honoring your inner transformation
● Awakening your body, energy, and soul
In a world filled with noise and rush, we are the sacred pause.
Founders' Vision
Why We Created Vrikshanam
We are three seekers who dreamed of a space where growth and peace can co-exist.
Where each soul feels held.
Where healing is not commercial, but personal.
Where we could grow while helping others remember their light.
Pooja envisioned a space of community, heart, and service.
Akanksh longed for an island of stillness and truth.
Amit sought a return to the roots—and to take others along.
Our Story.
Why Vrikshanam Exists
We are not here to fix you.
We are here to hold space while you remember yourself.
The word Vrikshanam comes from Vriksha, the Sanskrit word for "tree"
. The tree has always
been more than a symbol to us—it’s been a source of joy, peace, and identity. Since childhood,
our founder felt a deep connection with trees, often hugging them, sitting beneath them, and
sensing an unexplainable familiarity—as if she once was one.
A tree is the most sacred metaphor for existence:
It begins as a seed, seemingly small and ordinary, but carries within it the blueprint of the
infinite.
Just like a tree becomes its fullest self by surrendering to inner change, we too are meant to
grow beyond the limits of identity, conditioning, and fear. We are seeds—each holding the
potential of the divine.
Our Philosophy
From Bīja to Nirbīja
“The tree doesn’t strive to be. It simply is. So can you.”
At Vrikshanam, we walk with you on the journey from bīja (seed) to nirbīja (beyond seed).
In yogic philosophy, nirbīja samādhi is the state of pure awareness—beyond form, thought, or identity.
This is not a destination. It is a return.
We help you reconnect with the stillness within—through movement, breath, energy, sound,
touch, earth, and truth. Every offering is designed to bring you home—to wholeness, to peace, to Self
