Pooja Karkera has completed her 500hrs RYC TTC from Yoga with Srinatha, Mysore & 100hrs CCY from Kaivalyadhama, Mumbai; 75hrs Pre and Post Natal Yoga & Garbhasanskar TTC under the guidance of Dr Nutan Pakhare from the AYG Academy, Mumbai.

Along with her Yoga qualifications, she is also a certified International Meta Mind Alignment Trainer, an Art-based Transformational Therapy Facilitator and Coach, a Creative Drum Circle Facilitator, a Speech & Drama Teacher, a Spiritual Counselor and a Reiki Healer.
