Participants learn to create a deeper awareness of the ever flowing Prana/Qi/Energy within our body and understand how to use it to improve the quality of their lives.
Pranayama is a precise science which provides methods to understand the essence of Prana and to guide it within oneself as well as the rest of the creation and the medium of Prana is the breath.
Every Monday to Friday
Batch 1: 5:00am to 6:00am IST (20 Classes)
Batch 2: 6:00am to 7:00am IST (20 Classes)
Batch 3: 6:00pm to 7:00pm IST (20 Classes)
